Matt is one of six Certified Mortgage Consultants in Matt is a graduate of Furman University and received a masters degree in accountancy from Ole Miss. As a former CPA, Matt excels in taking a financial planning approach to the mortgage process. By being aware of a client’s financial situation, Matt is able to find the loan options that best address his customer’s needs. He was back to back Loan Officer of the Year at his former company before being asked to run their Charlotte operations. Matt is also an expert at interpreting and applying underwriting guidelines. With his experience, commitment to customer service, and industry knowledge you can be assured you loan is in good hands. Matt lives in south Charlotte with his wife Valerie and daughter Holland.

Jeff is a graduate of NC State University with a degree in communications and a minor in business. Jeff has many years of financial planning and mortgage originating experience. He was one of the top producing account executives for a national wholesale lender. This experience provides Jeff with a unique insight to the entire mortgage process from application to closing.
His success is due to his outgoing personality, his drive to outwork the competition, and his relentless customer services. Jeff is an excellent communicator and outstanding advocate for his clients. He lives in Monroe with his wife Brandy and daughter Wren.
Karl Hoeferlin
Karl Hoeferlin is a Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a double major in Business and Communications. In the eight years he has dedicated to helping families realize the dream of home ownership he has maintained the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Karl's philosophy regarding customer service is to build a lifetime relationship with every customer he has the pleasure of meeting. Each contact is an opportunity to earn a customers’ business and a chance to provide them with the service and commitment they deserve.
Karl is a 25 year resident of the Charlotte area where he lives with his family, including new daughter Sophie.
